Greenberg Traurig’s Bethany Rabe Appointed Editor in Chief of ABA’s Litigation News

LAS VEGAS – August 7, 2018 – Bethany L. Rabe of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Las Vegas office has been appointed editor in chief of Litigation News, a print and online magazine published by the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation. Rabe, an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Entertainment and Media Practice, has been a contributing editor at the magazine since 2011.

Published quarterly, Litigation News aims to keep readers up to date on developments in the practice of litigation as well as to advance the art of advocacy by informing litigators of ABA activities and news of professional interest.

Rabe focuses her practice on entertainment-related litigation, with experience in copyright, trademark, right of publicity, defamation, and Internet matters, as well as appellate litigation and brand management.
