NEW YORK Oct. 16, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Blue Wolf Capital Partners, LLC in connection with its acquisition of Kirlin Design Build LLC, one of the country’s leading engineering and construction companies focused on large, complex federal and private sector projects. Founded in 2005, Blue Wolf is a New York-based private equity firm that invests in and grows middle market companies.
