Bloom is co-chair of the national Public Finance Practice in the firm’s Orlando office. He began his legal career in New York City in the mid-1980s concentrating on the representation of lending institutions in leveraged buyouts and "going private" transactions. Upon his relocation to Florida in late 1988, Bloom began to focus his practice on public finance and the representation of creditor entities in such transactions (e.g., indenture trustees, bondholders, bond purchasers, and credit enhancers). Since that time, Bloom represents municipal security credit holders in both new and existing distressed transactions in more than half of the United States.
Greene is a member of the Litigation Practice in the firm’s Boston office and is co-chair of the firm’s global eDiscovery & eRetention Practice. Co-Chair of the Boston Litigation Department, Greene is an experienced trial lawyer who focuses his practice on litigation and investigations that involve complex legal, factual, and data management issues. He has served as eDiscovery/Information Governance counsel for more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies, responsible for coordinating the overall strategy for records retention as well as for preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI in thousands of state and federal lawsuits as well as government investigations. He also provides non-litigation counseling on compliance, information governance, cyber-security and data privacy.
Zucker is a member of the Government Contracts & Projects Practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. She represents clients on all aspects of federal and state procurement matters, including bid protests, contract disputes and termination litigation, audits and cost allowability issues, government investigations, suspension and debarment matters, False Claims Act actions, mergers and acquisitions, teaming agreements and subcontracts, and ethics and compliance matters. Her experience extends across virtually all government contracting industries, including aerospace and defense, the intelligence community, information technology and network solutions and professional services firms. She has a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information level clearance and is a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
