Greenberg Traurig advised Heimstaden, one of the largest Swedish housing companies, on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio in Berlin. The portfolio consists of eight properties with a total of 300 residential and commercial units. The purchase price is around 54 million euros.
The properties are located in the Berlin districts of Mitte, Moabit, Wedding and Prenzlauer Berg. The portfolio comprises a total rental area of 20,000 square meters.
