Three Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Recognized in Benchmark Litigation Latin America 2020 Rankings

MEXICO CITY – July 20, 2020 – Three attorneys from the Mexico City office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP were listed in the Benchmark Litigation Latin America guide’s 2020 rankings.

Litigation Practice Shareholder Joselino Morales Lopez received a “Litigation Star” ranking, while Associates Perla Salgado Román and Hugo Hernandez each received a “Future Star” ranking. In addition, the Mexico City office received a “Recommended” ranking for “Dispute Resolution.”

According to Benchmark, the guide exclusively recognizes outstanding attorneys engaged in litigation and dispute matters, providing rankings for the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Morales leads the Amparo Trial and Tax and Administrative Law Litigation Practice for the firm’s Mexico City office and has been listed by Benchmark since 2017. He was recognized for his administrative law and tax prowess.

Salgado, who focuses her practice on tax and administrative related issues has been listed by Benchmark since 2019.

Hernandez, who focuses his practice on administrative litigation and regulatory law, has been listed by Benchmark since 2019.

The litigation practice in Mexico handles complex cases related to energy law, antitrust & competition, tax, telecommunications, real estate, infrastructure projects, transportation, and public policy matters, before administrative bodies or constitutional courts in Amparo trials.
