Daniel Egers Named to City & State’s 2021 Real Estate and Construction 40 Under 40 List

NEW YORK- May 19, 2021Daniel G. Egers, of counsel in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s New York office, has been named to City & State’s 2021 Real Estate and Construction 40 Under 40 list. He is a member of the firm’s Land Use and Zoning Practice.

This list “features up-and-coming leaders who are driving industries’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic, carrying out innovative new development strategies, and finding ways to give back to the community,” according to City & State.

Egers represents developers, institutions, and non-profit organizations before the New York City Council, City Planning Commission, Board of Standards and Appeals, and Landmarks Preservation Commission. He represents clients in a variety of New York land use and zoning matters, including re-zonings, special permits, variances, designations and alterations of landmarked buildings, and air rights transactions, and has experience in New York City and State government. In addition to his legal work, Egers is active in a number of organizations, including the Lenox Hill Neighborhood House in Manhattan and also sits on the Board of Directors for the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association.
