Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria Assists in the Acquisition Of A Real Estate Portfolio By EQT Exeter From Namira SGR p.A.

MILAN – Sept 10, 2021 — EQT Exeter, one of the largest real estate investors in the world, was assisted by Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio of nine properties for logistics use. The acquisition was made through one of EET Exeter’s subsidiary. The seller was Namira SGR p.A., an asset management company specializing in Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) that invest in real estate and receivables, on behalf of the Elisabeth Fund. The fund’s assets consist of logistics facilities for industry and commerce.

Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria assisted the buyer with a team composed by Federico Barbara, associate Valeria Russo, and trainee Alberto Rossetti.
