MILAN – Sept. 28, 2021 – IREEF - Italy SICAF S.p.A., managed by Invesco Real Estate Management S.à.r.l., has sold the property located at Via Broletto 16, in Milan to DIE Italy SICAF S.p.A., managed by Davy Global Fund Management. The fund management company acquired the property for the German open-ended real estate fund Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.
The property, acquired and redeveloped by the seller, comprises 7,000 sqm of workspace over a total of 7 floors above ground, a terrace and a basement with parking spaces, and is fully let to primary tenants. The property has obtained LEED Platinum and BREAM certification.
