MILAN – 9 May 2022 – Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria represented Cromwell Property Group as it completed, on behalf of Cromwell European REIT (CEREIT), the acquisition of an industrial/logistics assets in Lombardy.
The asset, located in the province of Brescia, comprises two buildings with 44,644 sq m of floor space on a 74,533 sq m site and is currently occupied by Bialetti Industrie SpA, under a 12-year long-term lease.
Cromwell was assisted by Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria for legal aspects with a team composed of partner Federico Barbàra and associates Valentina Bartolini and Federica Pianta.
