Randall E. Allen


Randall Allen represents developers, investors, and operators in the acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing, and operation of hotel, office, and multi-family residential real estate. He assists with the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, ancillary loan documents, hotel management agreements, office leases, and other corporate and real property documents on behalf of major developers, investment banks, and REITs.

Randall has also handled pro bono matters relating to charter school development and immigration.

  • Assisted with the simultaneous acquisition of 50,000-square-feet of air and development rights and other real property from five different sellers in connection with the development of a luxury hotel in midtown Manhattan.°
  • Assisted with the negotiation of hotel and restaurant management agreements for a 130-room boutique beachfront hotel in Laguna Beach, California.
  • Assisted with various real estate matters of VICI Properties Inc., including securing a $2.6B credit facility with more than a dozen gaming and hotel properties across the U.S.°
