Elisa H. Baca is an associate in the firm’s Miami Litigation Practice. She concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts, representing clients in matters involving claims of consumer fraud, breach of contract, and business tort claims. Elisa also has experience in construction and real estate-related litigation. She focuses her pro bono efforts on immigration matters.



  • Defending a consumer products manufacturer in a series of putative class action lawsuits throughout the United States involving, among other things, claims for breach of state consumer protection statutes, state deceptive trade practices acts, breach of express and implied warranties, and unjust enrichment.
  • Conducted internal white collar investigations for private companies in connection with, among other things, government investigations and alleged health care fraud.
  • Represented corporations in wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and wage and hour lawsuits.
  • Obtained dismissal for fashion designer in alleged tortious interference lawsuit.
