Stacey Chiu

Stacey Chiu represents employers in multi-plaintiff, single plaintiff, and class action lawsuits under California and federal law on a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including wrongful termination, wage and hour actions, misclassification, workplace harassment, discrimination, and whistleblower and retaliation claims. Stacey also counsels and advises companies on a variety of pre-litigation employment issues. She is experienced in sharing economy issues, including risk management, litigation, and counsel regarding the sharing economy (e.g. home-sharing, ride-sharing businesses).
