- Participated in work for Allianz S.E. in connection with the purchase of the Polish life and non-life insurance operations as well as pension and asset management business from Aviva and acquisition of a 51% stake in Aviva’s joint ventures with Santander. The value of the transaction exceeds EUR 2.5 billion.
- Participated in work for Polsat Plus Group in connection with the planned acquisition by Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. of the green assets of ZE PAK - shares in PAK-Polska Czysta Energia sp. z o.o. representing 67% of the company's share capital and shares in Port Praski sp. z o.o. representing approximately 66.94% of the share capital.
