Bona Kwak focuses her practice in U.S. business immigration and compliance. Bona has represented both corporate and individual clients on the full range of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, O-1, L-1, TN, etc.) as well as immigrant visa matters (PERM, Multinational Managers, Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers, etc.) Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Bona worked as an associate attorney at boutique immigration firms and as a regulatory compliance consultant in banking and financial services industries in New York City.

  • Negotiated, drafted, reviewed, and modified commercial leasing agreements, sales agreements, and loan subordination agreements.°
