Marissa P. Levy

Marissa P. Levy focuses her practice on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. She regularly advises banks, insurance companies, debt funds and other institutional lenders in the origination, syndication and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans, including construction, development and acquisition financings across a variety of real estate asset classes. Marissa’s practice also includes the representation of borrowers, developers and other equity stakeholders in connection with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial retail and office properties throughout the United States.
