    • A medical device company, in its initial public offering of 8 million shares to raise $120 million ($15 per share).°
    • A global manufacturer and developer of medical technology on the $214 million acquisition of a global medical device company.°
    • Represented precious metals mining company, in its acquisition of a mining company, for approximately $462 million in cash and company stock.°
    • A business software provider in its Series E financing round, raising $48 million.°
    • A distributor of automotive parts, in its sale of its glass business for $310 million and related carve-out of the retained aftermarket glass distribution business.°
    • A distributor of aftermarket and recycled automotive parts, in its acquisition of an aftermarket glass business.°
    • An IT and defense systems builder in its formation, initial private offering, and acquisition of intellectual property.°
    • A private equity firm in its acquisition of accounts receivable and intellectual property from various entities.°
    • A provider of customized integrated security solutions, in its sale.°
