• Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW.
• Participated in the work for PE/VC fund in connection with the acquisition of minority stake in company – a leader in the acoustic solutions.°
• Participated in the work for PE/VC fund in connection with the acquisition of minority stake in start-up specialized in providing solutions for medical companies.°
• Participated in the work for foreign company in connection with the acquisition of majority stake in Polish gaming company.

• Participated in the work for several PE funds in connection with the establishment of the investment vehicle: alternative investment fund and the alternative investment fund manager°
• Participated in the work for one of the leaders in the renewable energy sector in connection with the establishment of the investment vehicle: alternative investment fund and the alternative investment fund manager.°
