  • Advised Silver Star Properties on the complex purchase for development of a plot of land in Croydon center for development of a 39 story mixed use development. 
  • Advised Rentokil Initial in relation to real estate issues arising from the company’s 2010/2011 acquisition of Connaught (in administration). 
  • Advised Advantage West Midlands on the circa £100 million outsourcing through Competitive Dialogue of development and investment assets into a LABV in JV with Langtree.
  • Advised Henderson Global Investors' £253 million purchase of Whitefriars Shopping Centre, Canterbury from Ravenseft for the Henderson UK Shopping Centre Fund, including the ongoing title and asset management and all subsequent refinancing. 
  • Advised Oak Holding PLC on the Development Agreement for the £350 million Yes! project near Rotherham together with arrangements for management and enhancement of adjacent 1,000 acre Roller Valley Park on what would have been the largest destination leisure scheme in Europe. 
  • Advised in relation to and project managed several substantial freehold reversion (income stream) portfolio acquisitions through share purchase structures. Included tax, enfranchisement and income stream advice for Consensus Business Group.
