Elana Minkoff

Elana Minkoff is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Elana focuses her practice on complex patent litigation, and her patent litigation experience includes medical devices, ANDA/Hatch Waxman matters, consumer products, electronics, and a variety of software-based technologies. While in law school, Elana clerked as an Alexander Fellow with the Honorable Loretta A. Preska in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
