Dr. Corinne Rüchardt
As an associate in the German litigation group, Corinne Rüchardt manages all phases of litigation, from investigation, briefs and pleadings through pre-trial, trial settlement and appeal processes. In her practice, she handles judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution. This covers litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, in national, international and cross-border disputes. She is a member of the GT Industry Team International Arbitration. Moreover, Corinne has expertise in EU State aid law and has experience in State aid cases, i.a., in infrastructure and regulated industries.

Corinne advises national and international clients from all sectors and industries on contentious matters. She assists in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Germany and other issues of procedural law.
