Hannah B.   • Represented major financial institution throughout multi-year action in which Plaintiff sought $88 million for alleged breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting various wrongful conduct by third parties. Jury found no liability after a four-week trial. 
  • Represented fast food franchisee before California Court of Appeal in obtaining complete reversal of multimillion-dollar arbitration award against it.
  • Obtained dismissal at the pleading stage of products liability purported class action against major pharmacy chain.
  • Represented major automobile manufacturer in multiple fraud actions pending throughout California.
