Kelyn J. Smith

Kelyn J. Smith is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Chicago office. His practice encompasses a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including areas of consumer products liability, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, and bankruptcy disputes. Kelyn has also developed an active class action defense practice, representing multiple clients nationally across a variety of federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelyn worked as a student clinical attorney within Northwestern's Center for Capital Defense and Children and Family Justice Center. He continues to maintain an active pro-bono practice focused on criminal defense.
