  • Advised Lands Improvement on a joint venture with Aviva and the Church in respect of a mixed-use development site at Houghton Regis.
  • Advised Starwood on a joint venture with Lendlease and the acquisition of a mixed-use development site in East London.
  • Advised Brockton on its joint venture with STT in respect of UK data centres, the subsequent management incentive plan and disposal of the same.
  • Advised Gencom and Benchmark on their acquisition of ETC Venues and the joint venture arrangements in connection with the same.
  • Advised Angelo Gordon on a refinancing of its portfolio of UK Science Parks.
  • Advised Hines on the disposal of Cannon Place to Deka.
  • Advised M7 on the disposal of a portfolio of business parks to London & Scottish Investments.
  • Advised Galliard on a joint venture in respect of a development site in West London.
  • Advised the British Airways pension fund on a joint venture in respect of a development site in North London.
  • Advised Gravis Capital Partners on the acquisition of a minority stake in an offshore wind farm and the related joint venture agreements.
