PLI: Understanding the Intellectual Property License 2019

The Practicing Law Institute will be hosting a two-day comprehensive program going over the essential elements in designing licensing agreements for a variety of intellectual property formats. Expert faculty members, including David Bloch (SF), will be addressing the legal strategies and skills that you should apply when licensing patents, copyrights, the right of celebrity, trademarks, and much more. David will be lecturing about licensing to and from the government, and the impact of government preferences on licenses in his program, "Regulatory and Government Issues in IP Licensing." Intellectual property specialists, corporate counsel, and general practitioners engaged in intellectual property law are encouraged to attend and learn more about how to license and protect various forms of intellectual property.
