The topic of the discussion is “Walking the Talk: Actualizing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace.” This is a very important and timely discussion as many law firms, corporations, and foundations are reevaluating their commitment to racial and social justice. It is not enough to espouse a commitment to DEI; the workforce and community members are starting to hold these entities accountable for demonstrating that commitment in visible and measurable ways.
