On December 6, NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio announced an expansion of the “Key to NYC” vaccine mandate for restaurants, gyms, and entertainment venues, and the imposition of a new vaccine requirement for workplaces. Just four days later, New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced a Statewide mask mandate for all indoor public spaces outside of private homes.
