An 11-strong team of real estate lawyers join our Warsaw office

We are pleased to announce a further expansion of Greenberg Traurig’s European offering for the real estate sector.
In Warsaw, Greenberg Traurig added an 11-strong group of highly regarded partners and associates to the real estate sector group. With more than 40 lawyers, we have created one of the largest and most diversified real estate practices in Poland and the CEE region.
The group joined from the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells. Partner Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch, formerly head of real estate at the Warsaw office of Hogan Lovells, will now lead the real estate team in Poland. She joined along with her team, including partner Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, two local partners Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska and Justyna Szwech, as well as seven associates.
After expanding our London based real estate team by 25 lawyers at the beginning of this year, the addition in Warsaw marks another quantum leap in the growth of the firm’s pan-European real estate offering, which now comprises a team of approximately 170 lawyers, with offices across Europe in Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Warsaw, and a strong strategic alliance in Milan.
