Federal judge decides copyright case about Tejano song

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that a Corpus Christi recording studio did not infringe on a 92-year-old songwriter's copyright.

In his 20-page ruling, Judge Gregg Costa decided Hacienda Records and Recording Studio did not have enough access to Jose Guzman's song, "Triste Adventurera," to copy it.

Guzman wrote and recorded the song in the 1970s.
