Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Nancy Peterman to Speak at 33rd ABI Annual Spring Meeting

CHICAGO – April 13, 2015 Nancy A. Peterman, chair of the Chicago Business Reorganization & Financial Restructuring Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 33rd Annual Spring Meeting on the topic “Hemorrhaging Hospitals: Labor Issues in the Healthcare Insolvency E.R.” April 18, 2015. The firm is also sponsoring the opening reception.

This year, the meeting will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Washington, D.C. According to the ABI’s website, the event hosts more than 1,000 insolvency professionals each year, featuring a roster of the top national speakers.

Peterman focuses her practice on corporate restructurings, bankruptcy, and creditors' rights law, and has a wide range of experience representing debtors, purchasers of assets, committees, and secured creditors. Among her many accolades, Peterman was listed in the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
