New York-based Greenberg Traurig LLP has nabbed two lawyers fromHaynes and Boone LLP to further develop the company's bankruptcy and restructuring practice in Houston.
Karl Burrer and Lenard Parkins have both joined the firm in the past month as shareholders in the business reorganization and financial restructuring practice, according to statements from the company. Parkins, previously a partner at Haynes and Boone, joined May 24 and will split his time between Greenberg Traurig's Houston and New York offices, while Burrer joined June 16 and will operate out of Houston.
