Greenberg Traurig Adds Joel Max Eads, Respected Insurance Defense Litigator, in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA – Sept. 15, 2016 – Leading insurance defense litigator Joel Max Eads joins global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP as a shareholder in the Philadelphia office. Before joining the firm, Eads was a partner at Trenk, DiPasquale, Della Fera & Sodono, P.C.

Eads concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance coverage/bad faith litigation, frequently involving the representation of entities and their directors and officers in securities actions, unfair competition cases, business torts, contract actions, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, employment disputes and product liability matters.
