Greenberg Traurig Boston Real Estate Shareholder Edward S. Hershfield Represents 311 Summer Street LLC in Seaport District Deal

BOSTON — September 13, 2016 — Edward S. Hershfield, a Boston shareholder in the Real Estate Practice Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented 311 Summer Street, LLC in the sale of 311 Summer Street, an iconic brick-and-beam office building in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood. Qatar-based investor, Alduwaliya, purchased the core asset in an all-cash transaction. Boston Realty Advisors served as the commercial real estate brokers on the deal.

Hershfield represented 311 Summer Street, LLC throughout its ownership of the property, including acquisition and financing of the property. The sale involved working with both the owner and broker on an intensive, streamlined approach to market the property, select a buyer, negotiate sale documents and close the transaction.
