Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Ryan Bailine Moderates RealShare Apartments East Conference Panel Discussion

MIAMI, FL – March 7, 2017 – Ryan D. Bailine, Shareholder in the Land Development Practice Group of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, moderated the panel discussion “Development Pipeline: Drivers and Demands” at the RealShare Apartments East Conference held Feb. 28 - March 1 in Coral Gables.

Presented by GlobeSt.com, the conference brought together more than 200 leaders in the real estate industry to discuss important issues and trends in their businesses and the sector as a whole. Attendees represented the sector’s top owners, investors, developers, brokers and financiers.

The panel discussed issues related to developers’ expanding the volume of new apartment construction due to intensified demand from both individual renters and investors for homes and buildings. The sector’s most active developers shared insights on the development drivers and challenges that influence their business decisions.
