Kelly Bunting to Present “When Performance Meets Protected Right”

PHILADELPHIA – April 10, 2018 – Shareholder Kelly Dobbs Bunting of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be presenting “When Performance Meets Protected Right,” as the keynote speaker at the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio’s (HRACO) monthly meeting, in Columbus, OH, on April 10.

The program will discuss disciplining an employee who has a protected status under the law, such as recent ADA or FMLA leave, as well as why documentation is critical to help avoid litigation. Bunting will discuss identifying potential protected status issues before disciplining an employee as well as the proper steps to take to document the discipline to lessen the chance of ending up in court.

Based in Philadelphia, Bunting is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement Group.
