Greenberg Traurig’s Thomas Woolsey to Speak at State Bar of Texas International Law Section Seminar

DALLAS FEB. 20, 2019 Thomas Woolsey, a shareholder in the Dallas office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been selected to be a featured panelist at an annual networking event hosted by the State Bar of Texas International Law Section.

“Tools for the New International Practitioner” will take place Wednesday, February 27, 2019, from 11:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. at Buckner International in Dallas, Texas. The event will provide lawyers with an opportunity to learn about international issues and ways to develop their international practices.

Woolsey, deeply experienced in assisting domestic and international clients with mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, financings, and debt and equity offerings, will join two other lawyers on the panel “How to Generate Business in International Law.”

In addition to the panel discussion on building an international practice, the event will explore how in-house lawyers can get involved in international law, best practices from in-house lawyers and firms, news and trends affecting the industry, as well as discussion focusing on the immigration issues impacting international companies.
