Kelly Dobbs Bunting to Speak at ABA Labor & Employment Section’s Mid-Year Meeting

BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA – April 29, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Shareholder Kelly Dobbs Bunting will speak at the American Bar Association Labor & Employment Section’s Mid-Year Meeting of the International Labor & Employment Law Committee, May 8 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Bunting will speak on the third day of the meeting, which focuses on key global workplace trends. She will serve as a panelist for a presentation titled “The Impact of Brexit on International Employers and Their Internationally Mobile Workforces.” This presentation focuses on the potential impact Brexit has on the workforce, including multinational employers, the ability for U.K. employees to carry out work abroad, and the regulation of labor and employment law in the U.K. versus the E.U.

Bunting is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Labor & Employment Practice’s Workforce Compliance & Regulatory Enforcement group. She handles a variety of employment litigation and counseling matters on behalf of employers around the world, including wage and hour class and collective actions; discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower litigation; non-competition, non-solicitation, FCPA, and compliance issues; and L&E due diligence, employment, and secondment agreements.
