Kathleen M. Kline Presents ‘Homebrewing & Craft Beer Laws’ in Lawline CLE Webinar

PHILADELPHIA – May 8, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP Kathleen M. Kline presented a course on May 7 titled “Homebrewing & Craft Beer Laws” for Lawline, a platform for online continuing legal education.

Kline, a member of the Environmental Practice, explained the types of legal issues someone may face when transitioning from homebrewer to a brewery owner. The CLE webinar explored intellectual property disputes, compliance with employment laws, and state and local restrictions that may need to be considered.

Kline focuses her practice on complex matters including environmental litigation, securities and derivative actions, financial services litigation, and professional liability. She also serves as a legal advisor to the Philadelphia Homebrew Club. Additionally, Kline is a contributor to Greenberg Traurig’s E2 Law Blog, which focuses on environmental and energy topics, and the Consumer Products Counselor blog, which provides insight on legal issues facing the consumer products industry.
