Barry J. Schindler Recognized in 2020 IAM Global Leaders Guide

NEW JERSEY – Jan. 22, 2020 –Barry J. Schindler, a shareholder in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has been named to the inaugural edition of the IAM Global Leaders Guide based on his patent practice in the firm’s New Jersey office.

Schindler, chair of the firm’s Global Patent Prosecution Group, has more than 30 years of legal experience in virtually all aspects of patent prosecution. He has helped companies of all sizes build and manage large patent portfolios, develop in-house procedures, and formulate intellectual property strategies. Schindler has also worked in numerous patent litigations to develop an overall case strategy that involves complementing a litigation strategy with actions at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has been involved in dozens of reexamination proceedings and over 50 intellectual property rights (IPR ) proceedings at the USPTO.
