Schindler has also worked in numerous patent litigations to develop an overall case strategy that involves complementing a litigation strategy with actions at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has been involved in dozens of reexamination proceedings and over 50 intellectual property rights (IPR ) proceedings at the USPTO.
