Greenberg Traurig Receives Accolade at The M&A Advisor’s Turnaround Awards

NEW YORK – Nov. 11, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP received the “Distressed M&A Deal of the Year ($75mm to $100mm)” award at The M&A Advisor’s 14th Annual Turnaround Awards, Nov. 10, 2020, for its role in Raven Capital Management’s acquisition of Open Road Films. 

According to The M&A Advisor website, the Turnaround Awards recognize excellence in deal making, accomplishments, and the contributions of leading firms and professionals.

The Greenberg Traurig team that handled the recognized deal include Shareholder Nathan A. Haynes and Associate Leo Muchnik.
