Multi-Office Greenberg Traurig Team Represents Riverside Partners in its Acquisitions of Convergence Northwest and Grade A Student Inc.

NEW YORK – Nov. 16, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Riverside Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in its acquisitions of Convergence Northwest, LLC and Grade A Student Inc.

Riverside Partners is a Boston-based private equity firm. It is known to focus on making control investments in North American based businesses, predominantly in the technology and healthcare industries. Founded in 2000, Convergence Northwest is a leading managed service provider based in Portland, Oregon.  Founded in 2002, Grade A Student Inc. is one of Canada’s leading IT firms providing end-to-end IT solutions for businesses. The combination of these companies, in partnership with Riverside Partners, forms a leading provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services to clients across a variety of industries.

The Greenberg Traurig team that represented Riverside was led by New York Corporate shareholder Ejim P. Achi.
