Izzi and Alessia Capoduri assisted Guber Banca as sponsor and servicer and Värde Partners as lead equity investor in the Futura 2019 securitization transaction on a non-performing loan portfolio of € 1.3 billion. The senior Notes, rated by three agencies and listed on EXTRAMOT Pro, were sold to institutional investors.
