Greenberg Traurig Releases Episode 20 of the Trade Secret Law Evolution Podcast, ‘Forging on, Trade Secret Protection for a Remote Workforce, and ‘High Level’ Trade Secret Identification’

LOS ANGELES – April 2, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP released Episode 20 of the Trade Secret Law Evolution Podcast, “Forging on, Trade Secret Protection for a Remote Workforce, and ‘High Level’ Trade Secret Identification.”

In Episode 20, Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Jordan D. Grotzinger addresses how the COVID-19 crisis affects trade secret protection, and a case from the Northern District of California ruling on “high level” trade secret identification and what constitutes acquisition by improper means.
