WARSAW, 9 December 2021 – Greenberg Traurig acted as legal counsel to the investment banks in the initial public offering of shares in Grupa Pracuj S.A. and the admission of its shares to listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The value of the shares sold in the IPO was over PLN 1.1 billion. The IPO of Grupa Pracuj included a retail and institutional public offering in Poland as well as an institutional offering for investors outside of Poland in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice with respect to Polish, English and American law in connection with the preparation and execution of the IPO. Greenberg Traurig advised Goldman Sachs, Citi, Trigon Dom Maklerski, acting as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, Numis Securities Limited as a Joint Bookrunner and mBank as a Co-Manager of the offering.

The transaction was led by Partner Paweł Piotrowski who was supported by Associates Jakub Tarłowski and Michał Bałdowski.
