ALBANY - Feb. 18, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP elevated Kelly L. McNamee to shareholder and Nicola T. Coleman to of counsel in its Albany office.
Firmwide, Greenberg Traurig announced the elevation of 30 attorneys to shareholder and 14 to of counsel in more than 21 areas of legal practice. The firm, which spans 40 offices worldwide, also reported a seventh consecutive year of record revenue of more than USD $1.73 billion.
McNamee focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, government investigations, white collar defense, securities enforcement, and breach of contract matters. She has experience in large-scale complex litigations, multiparty electronic discovery, and comprehensive regulatory proceedings addressing wholesale competitive electric markets in the Northeast.
Coleman focuses her practice on healthcare, insurance, and government law and policy issues. She assists clients on a variety of New York State regulatory matters related to insurance, health, housing, and administrative law. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Deputy Counsel for the New York State Senate Majority, advising the Majority Leader and Chairs of the Health, Insurance and Housing Committees on budgetary and policy priorities regarding health insurance and housing issues.
