LOS ANGELES – July 14, 2022 – A multi-office attorney team from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Zeem Solutions, a zero-emission “fleet-as-a-service” provider, in its $50 million equity investment agreement with a fund managed by ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC, a leading infrastructure and energy investor. The funding will enable Zeem Solutions to expand its business, which allows customers to operate battery-electric trucks, vans, and shuttle busses for a flat monthly fee.
The Greenberg Traurig Capital Markets team was led by Shareholder Kevin Friedmann and included Associates Siyuan An and Kevin Shin.
The announcement coincides with Zeem Solutions’ launch of its first depot based at the Los Angeles International Airport. At its full planned capacity, this depot is expected to be the largest private commercial electric vehicle charging facility in the United States.
