Estefanía Acosta focuses her practice on labor, corporate, and social security matters limited to Mexico.

She has advised a wide variety of national and foreign clients principally in labor matters. She advises individuals and unions on issues such as employment terminations, employer substitutions, administrative inspections, regularization of companies, drafting of corporate documents, and managing the development of corporate restructurings. She provides preventive advice and has participated in several legal due diligence in labor and social security matters.
