Alexander Baker focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal matters, including regulatory investigations and securities-related litigation. He has significant experience in the digital assets space. Alexander has valuable courtroom experience which includes conducting discovery and mediation, assisting with courtroom proceedings, and drafting memoranda, indictments, motions, and briefs. Alexander also has experience conducting reviews of federally registered broker-dealers and investment advisors while navigating potential FINRA rules/securities laws violations.
