Robert Galloway

Robert Galloway represents clients in complex appellate proceedings to state and federal appellate courts on a wide variety of commercial and regulatory issues. Mr. Galloway also represents clients and provides support at the trial level, including developing and arguing strategic legal motions, structuring jury charges, and preparing post-judgment motions. He monitors proceedings to preserve error and to analyze each issue for potential appeal.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Galloway was the Principal at Robert L. Galloway, P.C., where he represented clients through the trial and appellate stages. Prior to being a solo practitioner, Mr. Galloway was a Senior Partner at a major international law firm where he worked with trial teams to lay the groundwork for future appeals, ensuring that critical motions filed before and after trial were prepared with an eye toward protecting favorable judgments.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Galloway dedicates time to preparing future generations of trial and appellate attorneys as a professor and lecturer at South Texas College of Law.
