Agnieszka Lichota focuses her practice on real estate law. She participates in works concerning acquisitions and sales of real estate and real estate companies by Polish and foreign investors. She assists in legal due diligence of real estate, companies and assets. Her experience has been gained from working as a company in-house lawyer as well as in law firms.

Experience

  • Participated in the work for Echo Investment on the sale of MidPoint 71, an office building located in Wrocław, to Trigea Real Estate Fund. The value of the transaction exceeded EUR 100 million.
  • Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, on the sale of a logistics park situated in the vicinity of the Gdańsk international airport to EQT Exeter.
  • Participated in the work for Multi group related to ongoing asset management, including corporate matters of seven companies and asset management matters related to 6 shopping centers and an office building.°
  • Participated in the work for Union Investment related to ongoing asset management of i.e., four shopping centers located in Poland.°
  • Participated in work for MARK GP Logistics S.a r.l. in connection with the acquisition of a logistic park located in Łódź.°
  • Participated in work for Cornerstone Investment Management sp. z o.o. in connection with the due diligence of five offices located in Warsaw.°
