Jeff Lippa is a trial attorney focusing his practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. He has experience in a broad range of litigation relating to contracts, individual and business torts, banking and financial services regulations, employment law, trade secrets, real estate and construction disputes, oil and gas litigation, automotive industry matters, and consumer protection act claims.

Jeff appears regularly in state and federal courts and represents clients in all stages of litigation. He has first-chaired arbitrations, bench trials and jury trials through verdict, and has argued appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit. Jeff also counsels clients on day-to-day legal issues and strategic considerations that are designed to avoid the time and expense of additional litigation.
